We have a trip booked for this March 2 2014 that we had established back in May 2013. After we book this trip we had the most difficult time getting ahold of the Travel Agent that we deposited over 13k with for the group attending. We then were able to get ahold of the Owner Jack Warshaw who handled us and made my fiance cry in Sept. Which I didn't witness the conversation but she stated he YELLED at her to stop complaining of not getting her information.
NIGHTMARE! BE WARNED!!!
We are now in January and we still have no receipts and no confirmation of the total trip. We are still trying to figure out what rooms we have and flights. After just today I am writing this for I witnessed first hand this man thinking he can YELL at my fiance over the phone not knowing he was on speaker phone. I WILL NEVER allow this so I am writing the BBB and AMEX Travel corporate in NY. He has single handedly ruined our wedding thus far.
Do not use. You can get cheaper elsewhere and any changes to plans result in rediculous fees. You could save yourself hundreds if you just do a little research of your own. They charge fees above and beyond the flights/hotels.
All we have wanted from them is something showing what we have thus far and where we are staying and as of today we stilll have NOTHING.
In my 12 years experience in hospitality I never have seen someone who claims himself as a owner of a hospitality role treat a client let alone a patron in this fashion.
AGAIN BE WARNED THIS COMPANY IS A NIGHTMARE.
