Half the size of the big brand stores, but a more personal feel. They have a self service pet bath room that it super simple to use as the soap/conditioner selection or the simply rinse selection is just a turn of a single knob. So no shampoo bottle fight. Also the temperature is regulated so no to hot/to cold worries there. There are two stainless tubs to choose from, a higher tub with a ramp and another tub at floor level for the really big dogs. Towels and driers, too. Cheaper than your dog shampoo, particularly eg medicated or specialty shampoos. Super easy to use. Dog food variety and prices more than competitive. Overall easy nice place.
Poor customer service. I asked if they could special order a type of kibble and treats from a brand they already sell and I was told they would and would call me when my order would arrive. They never did. I went to the store many times to ask about my order, and nobody knew anything. They lacked the courtesy to let me know that that product was not available to them. Buying my kibble somewhere else.
Get pet store ..carries a variety of products for dogs,cats,ferrets,fish etc...and the prices are really good..plus coupons available
Very clean, very nice, love the self serve shampoo pet area, good selection of products. No 5 stars because they are very pricey.
