Using Peter the Painter was one of the most miserable experiences we've ever had with a contractor. We bought our dream home and needed the painting to be done the last week of December...Peter the Painter (we found out later it was his son Jonathan not even Peter) was the only one available to do the work. Sure enough, they didn't finish by the deadline. Not only that, they never even finished. Our house was literally left completely done wrong...circles, brush strokes, smudges, paint all over furniture and valuable fixtures, tape left all over, huge walls and ceilings not even completed (still showing the old paint underneath, etc etc etc). They wouldn't even finish the job even though we paid them in full for it...thousands of dollars! Peter...we'll see you in court!
