When this one first opened they were very helpful and attentive to their customers- now they don't even say hello to you when you walk in. It seems like it is run by a bunch of girls fresh out of high school, with little to no experience with hospitality.
Their racks are all stuffed so full of merch, that hangers, straps, and fabrics are all being tangled up together- into one glob of rage giving f*ckery. None of the items are organized with any rhyme or reason, and finding anything, especially without the help is next to impossible.
The floors, walls, and sitting bench are ALL covered in black dust! Just going into the dressing rooms, I had an allergy attack from the 3 inches of black dust on every surface! Disgusting.
The music is so loud, and horrible that it literally sends knots into the back of your spine, and drains whatever energy you had left from the lack of air.
The employees were incredibly helpful and friendly.

It seems like the store it self has been spending most of its time focusing on going online only - that they really have given up on the store front. So they, in turn, can raise prices, while leaving the quality the same; which is cheap and poorly constructed, while also being able to wash their hands of quality/care because they refuse all refunds.
I always find great things at this place for great prices. Nothing bad to say here
Great selection and good prices. I can take my granddaughter shopping and always find something for myself too! Staff is helpful but not pushy.
The weather can literally reach 110° during these seasons in our area, and for them to have inadequate airflow, and filtration, should- and probably is some degree of criminal.
Luckily the PS business is becoming standard- and soon I won't have to resort to giving my business to a chain that has no moral standard and only cares about your money.
I have been coming here for a long time, and really love their PS options. But I have increasingly been frustrated with their tacky-outdated-overly-loud playlists- their lack of organization, customer service, and hideously hot and filthy dressing rooms.
